Matrimony

God created man and woman for each other so that they might be “no longer two but one” (Mt 19:6). In marriage, couples are called to live in love, be fruitful, and reflect the overflowing love of God in their union.

At Syro-Malabar Parish, Wagga Wagga, we assist couples in preparing for this sacred sacrament. In addition to completing the prenuptial form, the following forms are required for marriage registration:

• Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage
• Notice of Intended Marriage
• Official Certificate of Marriage

Supporting Documents:

• Baptism Certificate
• Birth Certificate
• Passport Copy
• Driver’s License Copy

Note: Only registered parish members are eligible to apply for marriage registration at the parish.
